Question: Are there storage compartments in the chairs as well?
Answer: I am pretty sure there is storage compartments not only in the chairs, but in the table as well. the table IS oval.

Question: What is the weight limit on the chairs?
Answer: Weight limit is 200 pounds per chair.

Question: How much room is needed to lide out the chairs and use the table? I have a small nook & am concerned about the length with the chairs pulled out
Answer: It will be a matter of comfort, but I would think you want a good 8 feet of open space to be safe. The table top is 41" wide, so that will give you a little over 2 feet on each side to be able to pull out your chair and sit down.

Question: The dimensions say 26 X 41 X 30. Please assign these to height, width and depth. Which is which?
Answer: It is 30" high. The table top is oval 26" wide in the center and 41" long.

Question: Is the table round? What is the diameter? If not round what is the wight and length?
Answer: I am not at home and don't have the dimensions. It is oval. I really love it. The chairs have wheels and we slide out the table and beautifully upholstered chairs to have dinner each night. It is a beautiful set that is also very useful. Very well made and worth the price.
