• Due to the dark color of the item and the high heat conductivity of aluminum, the gazebo may heat quickly under sunshine and reach a high temperature. This temperature depends directly on sunlight intensity.
• The given dimension of the gazebo describes the measurements from eave edge to eave edge and not from pole to pole. For more details regarding item dimensions, please check the specification sheet.
• Please be certain that the four anchoring stands are sturdily anchored into the ground.

Q: Is it easy to install?

A: Our instructions have detailed installation steps with pictures and are marked with corresponding numbered stickers on each part. Some roof installation parts require more human help, so the cooperation of 2-4 people will make the whole installation process quick and labor-saving. Q: I did not receive all the parts.

A: Due to the size of 10' x 13', our outdoor gazebo will be delivered to you in 4 boxes. Usually, they don't arrive at the same time, so be patient if you've only received a few boxes of them. If you haven't received the complete 4 boxes of parts for a long time, please tell us immediately, we will have a professional after-sales team to help you solve the problem together.

Q: Are the holes not perfectly aligned?

A: We are confident in the quality of our patio gazebo, and we have gained the trust of many buyers. In our experience, it will be helpful to slightly loosen brackets under panels if holes not lining up. Fix the parts when they are all pre-connected.
