Question: what is the manufacturer recommending for filters, chorine and general maintanence?
Answer: I use a few of those small chlorine tablets that fit in the little ball it comes with...seems to work just fine as long as you maintain your pH levels

Question: Screen not responsive - screen isn’t locked, it’s just stuck on 24 degrees C. Only button that responds is the power button. It is not locked.
Answer: Unplug the entire device for 30 seconds that will hard reset the device and you can go from there

Question: Has anyone found a hose to use for draining this?
Answer: i dont know the name of it i think it a water tank where we but in the tub but the hose in the grass and plug it up and it drain the water out
