Customer questions & answers

Question: How large is the box that it comes in and how heavy is it?
Answer: I think it was the height of the metal poles but not that thick (possibly 3 or 4 inches wide). It was quite heavy but I managed to take it to the garden.

Question: Dose the ground have to be leave?
Answer: The ground does have to be as level as possible. You could probably go an inch or 2 across the 12 foot (I have) but you have to be remember you have 10 tonnes of water in the pool and if it is uneven and a support buckles then 10000 litres of water suddenly spilling could cause property damage, injury or worse.

Question: How do I fold the pool
Answer: We have done this. Empty it, dry it and fold it inward. Store in large plastic box for winter. Store poles and box in covered area

Question: Does the depth refer to the recommended water depth, or the pool itself?
Answer: I would say it’s the depth of pool itself, not water depth. We have 3 children and it really is a great pool, I would suggest a slightly better/more powerful pump, it made a huge difference to how clean it kept the pool.
